The AWMA Show is finally here – February 8-10, at the Paris Hotel, Las Vegas.  Thank you to all that have registered and to those that are exhibiting.  We are going to have an excellent event this year as we continued our reinvention of the AWMA Show.  We have moved to the Paris Hotel, expanded the educational program, added a Category Management Program for buyer attendees, expanded the exhibits with a Foodservice Pavilion, plus much more.  We are pleased to report that the show floor – larger than last year’s – is sold out.  Plus, attendance is up with more distributors coming this year – and many bringing more of their staff.
