AWMA is included among the 42 organizations dedicated to estate tax reform and working to inform Congress as to the need for legislation to accomplish this goal.  As a member of the Family Business Estate Tax Coalition (FBETC), AWMA is listed as among those organizations working to repeal the onerous estate tax or at the very least to permanently maintain the current estate tax provision with an exemption level at $5 million and a maximum rate of 35 percent.  To see more about the efforts of the FBETC please click on the link provided below:
