ConAgra Foods Inc. said it's acquiring American Pie LLC, a maker of desserts and frozen dinners under the Marie Callender's and Claim Jumper brand names.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close in 30 days.  American Pie makes pies, fruit cobblers and pie crusts under license from Marie Callender's and Claim Jumper. It also makes frozen dinners, pot pies and appetizers under the Claim Jumper brand.
