By 2017, ConAgra Foods Inc. wants to be the fastest-growing U.S. food company in terms of profitability and sales, the president of the company's consumer food division told a local business group last Thursday.  The goals outlined represent a stark contrast from the company that existed in 2006, before Gary Rodkin, now the Omaha-based packaged food maker's chief executive, took charge.
