Seventeen distributors and one manufacturer completed the Systems To Enhance Professional Selling seminar for Key Account Sales Managers.  This new STEPS class was taught by Doug MacKay and Bill MacKay of The Glen Douglas Group.

Following STEPS III, Jesse McDonald, Burklund Distributors, gave this advise to fellow distributors:  “If you are a competitor of mine, please don’t attend this program.  It will give you too many helpful tools that you could implement in your company.  Otherwise, for anyone else, it would be a mistake not to attend.  Every topic was of interest to me, and I learned many new ways to understand a customer as well as myself.”
