Feds Urged Not to Impose New Food Taxes

More than 30 food groups have urged the Obama Administration to develop a fiscal year 2013 budget request that fully funds U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) food safety programs without proposing new taxes or fees for consumers or foodmakers.
