There’s no single rhythm or pulse to the activity inside the cavernous West Hershey Plant expansion in Derry Township.  Instead, there’s a cacophony of sounds as hundreds of projects move forward, all arranged toward the singular goal of building a modern chocolate plant.  It’s one of the largest — if not the largest — manufacturing construction projects in recent memory in Pennsylvania.
