As part of its expansion plans, The Hershey Company is closing an aging West Shore distribution facility as it shifts activity to — and expands — a second distribution center in the Hershey area.  Hershey announced plans last year to add 335,000 square feet to its Eastern Distribution Center warehouse as part of its larger Next Century project.
