Nestled in the shadows of a pristinely landscaped church, within view of the Kissing Tower and a short walk to the Derry Twp. School District office, sits a small house with a big mission and a problem that greets visitors at the door.  “Due to limited space, no more than 2 persons per family are permitted inside,” reads the faded sign at Hershey Food Bank and Community Outreach Center.  But where there is limited space, there is now cautious optimism that help is on the way with a bigger site on the other side of town.
