Imperial Trading Co. has announced the acquisition of Union Grocery, a Mississippi-based company, further expanding the convenience store distributor's regional service area. Union Grocery will now operate as a division of Imperial Trading.  Imperial Trading plans to maintain Union's New Albany warehouse with the overall objective to increase sales and expand jobs.
