Kraft Foods Inc. said Monday it has no current plans to sell its U.K.-based organic chocolate manufacturer Green & Black's, contrary to an earlier press report.  In Europe, we will continue to invest behind growing and optimizing the entire chocolate portfolio," Michael Clarke, president of Kraft Foods Europe said in a statement.  Earlier, the Financial Times reported, citing sources close the matter, that Green & Black's was considering a separate ownership structure after it was acquired by Kraft following its takeover of Cadbury PLC last year.
