Jim Chambers, the head of Kraft Foods Inc.'s (KFT) North American snacks and confectionary business, is leaving the company in July, a company spokesman said Friday.  Chambers will be replaced by Mark Clouse, who most recently served as senior vice president in the Kraft's global biscuits division.
