McLane has announced its new Hot foodservice program which addresses the growing demand for hot prepared foods at a fair price. The retail program includes an array of products and equipment solutions to help convenience stores meet growing customer demand for affordable, prepared foods.  In 2009, C-store foodservice growth outpaced traditional quick-service restaurants, and retailers are struggling to keep up with the growth.
