Former Ebay Inc. CEO Meg Whitman is returning to her seat on the Procter & Gamble Co. board of directors.  Whitman had served as a director from 2003 to 2008 but stepped down from that post to pursue a run for governor of California. Whitman rejoins the board, effective February 11, 2011, the company said.
