Monogram Food Solutions LLC has finalized the purchase of American Foods Group LLC’s meat snack production facility in Martinsville, Va.   The previously announced acquisition will give Memphis-based Monogram rights to the Bull’s, Hannah’s, O’Brien’s and Dakota brand names.  Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
