Grindmaster-Cecilware has established an office of the president consisting of Lisa Klein, senior vice president of sales and marketing); Rob Poe, chief operating officer; and Joseph Canova, chief financial officer, who collectively will serve as the leadership team of the company.  In 2009 the two companies—Cecilware Corp. and Grindmaster Corp. merged to create Grindmaster-Cecilware, based in Louisville, Ky., and build the next-generation single-source global beverage and foodservice equipment solution.
