Technology used by Procter & Gamble to design and create diapers will be part of an effort to return the United State to world leadership in cutting-edge manufacturing skills.  President Obama announced the Advanced Manufacturing Partnership last Friday. As part of that program, P&G will make three-dimensional computer modeling used at its Winton Hill research center available at no cost to small- and mid-sized manufacturers.
