A Closter-based candy business was granted the licensing right to market and sell packages of single-color M&M's in party stores and other places where consumers might be looking for color-coordinated treats.  The Promotion In Motion Cos. was granted the license by Mars Snackfood US of Hackettstown, the U.S. operations of Mars Inc.
