The education program continues Wednesday morning with two concurrent Wake-Up sessions, “Foodservice Trends, Challenges & Opportunities,” and “Leading in Tough Times.” Then, the opening Super Session will feature keynote speaker Phil Lempert, The Supermarket Guru, who will discuss consumer behavior. Two concurrent breakout sessions will follow, “Candy & Snacks: Best Retail Practices & Supply Chain Solutions,” and “Customer Profitability—What’s the True ‘Cost’ of a Customer?” A second Super Session will then cover “Strategies for Building Foodservice Sales.”

The Expo floor will be open from 12:15 to 6:00 p.m., with lunch on the show floor, a Silent Auction and a Networking Reception on the show floor at 5:30 p.m.

A cash prize drawing for AWMA member distributors will take place at 6:00 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall.
