Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co.'s North America president is stepping down and a search for her successor is under way.  Mary Kay Haben, 54, will retire at the end of the month after nearly four years with Wrigley.  Ms. Haben joined Wrigley in April 2007 after 27 years at Northfield-based Kraft Foods Inc. She leads Wrigley's U.S. and Canada businesses under Wrigley President Dushan “Duke” Petrovich.
