Dallas, Texas-based Alon USA Energy Inc., an independent refiner and marketer of petroleum products which also operates more than 300 c-stores in West Texas and New Mexico under the 7-Eleven and FINA banners, has restructured its management team.  “We believe this new management structure will enhance our focus, increase our resources and provide the freedom for substantial growth in the branded marketing and retail operations,” said Jeff Morris, President and CEO.

Rejoining Alon USA as President and CEO of Alon’s subsidiary conducting marketing and retail operations is Kyle McKeen.  McKeen had been president of Carter Energy, Overland Park, Kansas. Prior to Carter Energy, McKeen held many positions at Alon, including vice president of marketing.

“I am delighted that Kyle has decided to rejoin Alon USA. Many of us have worked with Kyle in the past and know of his talent and passion,” said Morris.  “He is an experienced leader in both the wholesale and retail areas, and will serve us well.”

In other announcements, Yossi Lipman will continue as President and CEO of Southwest Convenience Stores (SCS).  Judge Dobriet has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Wholesale Marketing. He will be responsible for all aspects of wholesale marketing for the Alon USA organization.
